This tablet is available only on prescription.
This tablet is intended for immediate relief of frequent heartburn, but may take several days to achieve the best results. Do not take for more than 14 days unless prescribed by a doctor.
It is not recommended to use this tablet for longer than a few weeks. This tablet should not be taken for more than 14 days unless prescribed by a doctor.
Do not take this tablet if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

As with any drug product, there may be side effects. Generally, patients who experience side effects usually get them within 12 to 24 hours after taking NEXIUM. Side effects usually resolve on their own within 48 hours. Daily use of NEXIUM is usually associated with lower rates of side effects. Patients who experience adverse reactions may need to have their dosage increased to reduce the risk of receiving a higher dose. It is also possible that daily NEXIUM is associated with an increased risk of cancer. Patients with certain health problems or those you may have had problems with their kidneys should not take NEXIUM.

NEXIUM (esomeprazole)
is an oral antacid drug used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions caused by acid reflux. It is most commonly used for the treatment of acid reflux and is also used to treat symptoms of GERD. NEXIUM (methotrexate)
Methotrexate is an immunosuppressant that is used to prevent organ rejection after organ transplant rejection. It is also used to prevent organ rejection after a bone marrow transplant. It is a prodrug of the drug moxidectin, but can be taken in larger amounts and at lower prices than moxidectin. Methotrexate is also used to prevent organ rejection after a marrow transplant. NEXIUM is also used to reduce the risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease called Chlamydia trachomatis. It can also be used to treat the symptoms of HIV infection in women. This drug is also used to treat genital herpes and to treat shingles.
Patients who have been exposed to or have had a genital infection (also called an infection) with Chlamydia trachomatis may be at a higher risk of getting Chlamydia. The infection may also be a trigger for a cholestasis infection in women. In some cases, cholestasis is an early sign of cholestatic jaundice. NEXIUM is also indicated in pregnancy in women who are at risk of cholestatic jaundice. Patients who are at increased risk of cholestatic jaundice and who are pregnant should see a doctor immediately.
